1.Enable the Acrobat PDFMaker Add-in

2.Remove and reinstall the Acrobat PDFMaker Add-in

• Find Outlook 2016, right-click it, and click Run as administrator.
• Open a blank new file.

• In the Run window, type 'regedit'.
• Find this registry key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREMicrosoftOfficeWordAddinsPDFMaker.OfficeAddin.
• Change the Loadbehavior key value to 3. (decimal)à It is already set as specified.
• Exit the registry key editor and restart the Office 2016 application.--> when I restart, the add-in still won’t appear in the tab.

4.Register the DLL

·I tried registeringthe Add-in dll file manually.

·Locate the COMadd-in file (PDFMOfficeAddin.dll) and note the exact path, which may includespaces.

·Open the cmd->runas admin.

• Type regsvr32 followed by a space, and then type the path that you noted in previous step, in quotation marks. For example: regsvr32 'C:Program FilesAdobeAcrobat 10.0PDFMakerOffice PDFMOfficeAddin.dll '
• Click OK, and then start the Office application.--> when I restart outlook, still the add-in does not show as active.

Acrobat Pdfmaker For Word

Like many other users I am getting the 'Missing PDF maker files' when trying to convert a MS Word document (Office 2010) to a PDF document. I am using Acrobat 8 professional and everything seemed to be working fine in MS Office 2007. Unlike some of the other users I did not experience this problem until I installed MS Office 2010. I have tried most everything posted on the forum including uuninstalling and then reinstalling the software and installing all available updates, but I continue to get the same message. Does anyone have a soultion?
